All agreements ratified by European Union Executive Commission automatically apply to all EU member states. The exemption or reduced tariff is applicable only to qualified members under the agreement as originating goods.Under the General Preferential Tariff (GPT) duty-free entry is allowed for direct importation in all EU member states of eligible goods from the countries listed in the preliminary section of the Customs Tariff.
